As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated sales representative to join our team.

Job description

As a sales representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a customer base by offering our air conditioning and heating products and services. A customer satisfaction-oriented and interpersonal approach will be key to success in this role. You will play a key role in the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and developing new residential customers
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and submit bids.
  • Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a rigorous follow-up.
  • Work with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in sales (preferably HVAC or related).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Knowledge of air conditioning/heating products and services (an asset).
