As part of our expansion, we are looking for a refrigeration technician who is seeking new challenges to join our professional and enthusiastic team.

Job description

As a refrigeration technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. You will work with our customers to ensure that equipment is functioning properly while complying with current safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Perform diagnostics and propose effective solutions.
• Check, clean, and replace used parts to ensure systems are functioning properly.
• Read and interpret plans, diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Complete maintenance and repair reports.
• Comply with safety standards and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• DEP in refrigeration (or equivalent training).
• Refrigeration competency card (an asset, not mandatory).
• Certification in refrigerant gas handling (mandatory).
• Experience in a similar position (an asset).
• Valid driver’s license (an asset).
• Analytical mind, autonomy, rigor, and good customer service skills.
• Good time management skills.
